Black pour with a fluffy khaki head. Kind of watery nose. Some roasted malt, a bit of chocolate and cocoa powder, and a little bit of earthy hops. The flavor is a bit sweet with some chocolate notes, a bit of roasted malt, and coffee. Light earthy hops, a mild bitterness, and some cocoa powder and cola on the finish.

On tap at Fresno North location. Big and fuzzy. Smooth and rich. Oaty and strong. Nice beer.

tap. rising bubbles. black pour frothy tan head. coffee, chocolate, malt and oats aroma. smotth hops, chocolate, malt, oatmeal with coffee finish. not bad.

Opaque brownish black color with a creamy tan nitro head. Nice roasted coffee adn dark chocolate aroma. Very rich roasted coffee and chocolate flavors. Very creamy nitro feel with a little carbonation. An oddly dry floral hops and coffee finish.

Extremely dark brown (pretty much black, but with a hint of brown)...completely opaque, with a tan nitro-ish head. The aroma was nice and roasty, but nothing else. The flavor was very roasty, sweet, and slightly bready...nice. The feel was a cross between nitro and CO2 (is that possible?)...very smooth, small bubbles, slightly crisp, wet finish. I can’t tell if this thing is on nitro. The brewery was so damn busy that I could not catch the bartender to ask. It was not flat enough to be nitro, but there was something funny going on.
