500ml bottle. Pours a clear, light gold, with a large white head, which dissipates rapidly but does leave some lace. The aroma has some faint grass and white bread, with a bit of a metallic scent to it. Wet grass up front leads into some very faint caramel and much stronger cardboard, with a metallic aftertaste. A distinctly uninspiring lager, definitely not recommended.

Bottle split at the Cotteridge Convention, 24/01/15. Clear pale golden with moderate off white spitting. Nose is pale malt, grain, light citrics, caramel, more aroma than many beers of this ilk! Taste comprises paper, grain, cereal, pale malt, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation with light prickle, semi drying close. Pap but there’s worse papage!

Scopey (7869) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 28, 2015
Bottle at the Cotteridge Convention thanks to Leighton. It pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. The nose is paper, stale malt, grain and some sweet honey action. The taste is sweetish, papery, pepper, grass, dough and hay with a grassy/spicy finish. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. Not much to it really....could be worse.

Bottled, sampled at The Cotteridge Convention many thanks to Leighton for this one. Pale gold with short lived head. I had a really farmy nose to this otherwise it was just a sweet maltiness. According to the bottle this was at 4%.
