Pours a pale gold colour with a white head. Aroma is malty with hints of corn. Taste is pretty much the same with some bitterness in the finish. A bit better than most Brazilian macros but still not great.

One of Brazil´s best pilsen beers. It isn´t easy to find it no Rio de Janeiro but if you go to the Gracioso Restaurant (Rua Sacadura Cabral, near Rio´s Harbor) you can drink a very cold bottle of Serramalte with a great food and nice prices.

Acima da média nacional, muito pouco, não é facilmente encontrada qualquer boteco, agrada quem toma brahma/extra... Onde tomei foi de bom custo/beneficio

Aroma: moderate malt, light bread, moderate yeast. Appearance: off-white, frothy and large initial head. Fair lacing. Mostly diminishing head. Clear, thin and dark yellow body. Flavor: light sweet and bitter. Short duration. Palate: light body, watery texture, lively carbonation and chalky finish. It seems to use hard water. 7s

Gosto residual metálico. Fora isso, nada de diferente das cervejas nacionais.

Pale golden, way too much carbonation, little persistent foam. Aroma comes with slim to none malt and some sulfur. The taste is very malty, along with some sulfur sourness. Weak bitter aftertaste. A nice pilsner option from a macro, in Brazil, but better (microbrewery) ones can be certainly found.

Bottled 600ml. Pale golden color, nice white head but goes quiclkly. Malty aroma and hop flavor, high carnbonation. Strong beer. Mouthfeel is bitter. Good one. Cerveja clara com boa espuma, mas some rápdo. Aroma de malte e sabor com notas de lúpulo. Cerveja forte. Retrogosto amargo. Boa!

Pale blond color. Light malt aroma. Ordinary Lager, but at least one of the few balanced ones in Brazil, with a reasonable bitterness.
