Kolsch jak na kolonię chyba dla mnie najsłabszy. Zbyt mało wyrazisty, ciut rozwodniony i za mało słodowy, a taki powinien byc ten jasny kolsz. Piany nie mozna sie przyczepic bo prezyla sie sporo czasu w smuklych prostych szklaneczkach do tego typu piwa.

The 50cl bottle pours out crystal clear gold with a short lived slightly loose head of foam. The aroma offers up some mild floral to spicy hops and a bit of malt sweetness. The taste delivers a pleasing floral to spicy hoppiness to slightly lime hop bitterness mixed with just a touch of hop flavor as sweet malts fill in the gaps to midway. Into the finish it picks up a bit of breadiness and some sweet estery lagery fruitiness.
This is a bit on the sweet side but pretty good compared to attempts at this style I’ve had in the States.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Sweetish in taste with a light malty aroma. Medium carbo added to it which makes a quite delicious beer. To recommend.

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Deep golden colour with low head. Low carbonated. Taste of low malt, fresh grains, green fruits andlight grass. Very smooth in texture and in enjoying.

Bottle. Malty aroma with apple and bubblegum notes, faint hops and basement aromas. Interesting. Dry, light bitter taste, malty and nicely fruity, orchard-like. Finally a kolsch that is difficult to confuse with a lager. Good!

Bottle bought in Cologne. Straw gold with a thin white head. Grassy hoppy nose, then crisp and lightly hoppy on the tongue, quite light bodied with some graininess. Nice enough, but if it didn’t say Kölsch on the bottle I might have guessed Pils.

Es sieht Pils-typisch aus und riecht verhalten nach grasigem Hopfen. Im Antrunk sehr dünn, um nicht zu sagen wäßrig. Etwas Hopfen im Abgang. Kann insgesamt nicht überzeugen, erst Recht nicht das Label-Layout der schmucklosen Flasche.

Bottle. Pours yellow, light golden, clear. Nose is pilsner-malty, cereal. But not much else. Doesn’t seem to have much of a personality, quite bland, clean, mass produced. Mouthfeel is ok. Light malts and yeast flavours. Pretty much like a massproduced lager IMO. I’m missing the fruity notes.
