Sampler at the brewpub - Called "Off-Kilter Scotch Ale", but from the descriptions here it was basically the same as the 80 Schilling. Very low carbonation with very thin head. Faint malty aroma. Flavor is weak/non-existent and palate is watery. Not very good...

Cask @ brewery. Deep amber color. Taste is smooth, light and creamy. Sweet without any real hop bite to speak of. Hardly any peat taste to it or any smokiness.

On tap at the brewpub. Brown/orange with no head. Dull malt aroma, thin bodied, really not that much taste.

Cask Conditioned version** Deep reddish brown with small but resilient off white head. Lite sugary maple/pear scent. Body was watery with no enticing hop or malt flavors. Disappointing at best.
