jjpm74 (2875), Connecticut, USA Feb 20, 2008 Pours gold with a white head. Smells of some stray hops, and hay. Tastes of nuts, some hints of bitterness. Reminded me of a watery version of their cream ale. muzzlehatch (4425), Burlington, Vermont, USA Jan 10, 2007 8 ounce draught glass at the brewery. Very clear light gold, bubbly, no head at all....grassy, faintly herbal aroma, a touch of diacetyl, pretty close to nonexistent when cold -- you really have to let it warm up to smell much of anything....lightly sweet, buttery flavor, biscuity malts with mild earthy hops, reasonably crisp and clean but really dull.....a bit mineralic/metallic to finish, almost unpleasant when warmer. What an exciting clientele they must have, to have this and a cream ale on at the same time.... VTHopHead (666), Barre, Vermont, USA Nov 5, 2006 Sampler at the brewpub - Poured a bright, clear yellow in color with a small white head. Aroma was slightly malty with no hops. Flavor was somewhat malty, but had some "weird" flavors on the backside that were not that great. Finish was clean. Drinkable, but only if nothing better was available... GonZoBeeR (1989), ste-Eulalie, Quebec, Canada May 9, 2005 Aroma:Sweet malt.....
Appearance:Clear gold,no head.....
Flavor:Light malt and bitterness...
whaleman (2168), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 20, 2004 Golden body. Pale malty nose and flavor. Mild woody hop quality. Metallic and plastic elements detract. A sub-standard beer, but I don’t think that they’re aiming very high with this one.
