On tap at the brewpub, NH. Poirs clear, bright gold with a small, white cream head. Definite maple syrup notes in the aroma, some bready malts. Light to medium sweet flavor with mellow toffee, light maple, bread. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet finish with some toffee, bready malts, mild maple syrup. Tasty, fairly simple.
