Pours gold with a white head. Smells nuttyu with some earthy qualities. Tastes dry with lots of nuttiness and a nicely balanced bitter finish.

Sampler at the brewpub - Poured a clear golden yellow in color with a small whitish head. Aroma had some fruitiness to it and a hint of malt. Flavor was slightly malty and had a slight sourness as well. Reminds me of the Genny Cream Ale of old... which was not that good either.

Râpeuse. Goût de carton. Arômes de souffre. Pas de mousse. Crémeuse. Répulsif...

Aroma:Good hops aroma... Appearance:Clear gold,small head... Flavor:light malt flavor.....

Pale yellow body. Aroma and flavor of apples, pineapples, and some butter. Fairly sweet and tangy. Not so good.
