Dark brown in color, thin tan head. This was a very well made Porter. Tons of chocolate and coffee like flavors. Very impressed. 7 Brides is doing great.

Extremely rich and bitter. Very good Porter. Definitely get it if you can find it.

650ml bomber pours a deep black color with a generous light beige head that retains well and leaves some very nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is dark roasted grains with some chocolate and mild citrus. Taste is a roasted grainy and light citrus bitterness with a chocolate malty sweetness. Medium bodied with a decent carbonation. This is a nicely done porter that is quite tasty and highly recommended.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours dark brown with a dark tan foamy head. Aroma of light chocolate with some citrusy hop? Med body minus. There seems to be diacetyl. I’m sensitive to that. Otherwise chocolate, smooth burnt dark malt, and strongish coffee. The diacetyl is distracting, but not all that terrible. Finishes pleasantly bitter.

Strong dark coffee body almost espresso like, hoppy bite in the finish to balance out the sweet malts, nice long finish thats not too bitter.

22. Pours jet black with a towering, dense, and creamy dark tan head. Stouty. Head piles up and takes forever to settle; pouring your glass is definitely a multi-step process. Mild roasty nose with a little cocoa and chalk. Creamy medium body, could stand up to a bit more carb but then again it doesn’t suffer for not having it. Very dry and ashy mid palate, almost smoked. Tons of heavy roasted barley in this. Long dry finish. If you like ’em dark and dry, this is a solid porter for you. Fairly easy drinking, though the finish is on the acetic side.

Had at Beermongers. Pours a pure black color with a light beige head. The aroma is big mineral roasted malts. The flavor is nice; dark fruit, roasted malts, some chocolate, very mellow but also quite big, drinkable. A nice porter, lots to enjoy.

Nice, fizzy porter. Black as night with a thick tan head. Roasted, rich aromatics. The palate is dark chocolate with a contrast of creamy and bubbly texture. Long, hoppy finish.

Bomber; new brewery to me; bottle says Baltic Porter; pours dense black with thin, creamy dark tan head; crisp roasty aromas with figs, chocolates, dry malt and a strong bitterness; thin mouthfeel with ashy chocolate and very dry, thin finish; astringency lingers but overall a pretty smooth roasty and slightly thick lager profile; very slight buttery note but mostly a mix of chocolate and roast; ashy flavors and dryness lingers

Bottle with Carla. Pours dark brown with tan foam. Smells warm of malts and alcohol. Tastes warm and bitter with hints of bitter chocolate and bourbon.
