Our rich, dark Porter is a full bodied ale with a creamy, chocolate colored head. This porter’s smooth flavor and wonderful finish comes from a blend of deep roasted barley malt and wondeful Willamette Valley hops. 55 IBU’s and Color of 55 SRM

Draft. Pours near black with a beige head. On the hoppier side for porters, with lightly citric hops, roasted malts, and some medium chocolate sweetness. Pretty good.

On tap. This was this Bourbon barrel version. Colour...completely black with a thin khaki head. Nose...lightly roasty, somewhat fruity and hints of chocolate. Palate...tangy, with roasted malt, bittersweet chocolate, dark chocolate cherry cordials and an oaky dryness. There’s not much Bourbon here, aside from the oak. This was pretty good, but I much prefer the regular version of this with its ashen cocoa mass character.

Tall boy. Pours black with a super dark sticky head. Nose is roasted malts, coffee, citrus, and some floral and maybe a touch herbal hops. Flavor is a robust amount of black roasted malts, coffee, citrus, floral, bitter roast and hops. Nice beer. not lacking in roast malt at all. full sticky body.

Had this on tap at Yeasty Beasty. Very black, darker even than Black Butte Porter. Nice rocky, dark tan head. This beer has a nice roasty, almost coffee like flavor. Firmly bitter, without being too much. Bordering on a little bit of an astringent taste in the finish, but not too bad. Overall, this is a pretty decent beer.

Dark brown in color, thin tan head. This was a very well made Porter. Tons of chocolate and coffee like flavors. Very impressed. 7 Brides is doing great.

650ml bomber pours a deep black color with a generous light beige head that retains well and leaves some very nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is dark roasted grains with some chocolate and mild citrus. Taste is a roasted grainy and light citrus bitterness with a chocolate malty sweetness. Medium bodied with a decent carbonation. This is a nicely done porter that is quite tasty and highly recommended.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours dark brown with a dark tan foamy head. Aroma of light chocolate with some citrusy hop? Med body minus. There seems to be diacetyl. I’m sensitive to that. Otherwise chocolate, smooth burnt dark malt, and strongish coffee. The diacetyl is distracting, but not all that terrible. Finishes pleasantly bitter.
