4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 kereltis (32) - Oregon, USA - JUN 24, 2012One of my favorite Stouts since coming to the USA. Full flavored with a rich aroma. If you’re a fan of rich stout then this is well worth trying. I love how the flavor just hits your pallet, a real treat for stout lovers.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 bhensonb (8997) - Woodland, California, USA - APR 24, 2013
Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours very dark brown with a tan head. Smooth burnt malt aroma with perhaps a touch of coffee. Near med body. Flavor is smooth dark malt, with something like coffee and perhaps a hint of chocolate. It is rather dry and lightly bitter. Coffee bitter. Just doesn’t seem like coffee for some reason. Probably just me.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 douglas88 (4480) - Salt Lake City, Utah, USA - APR 22, 2013
Bomber. So this beer has consistent inconsistency it seems. Amazing that the problems continue. Pours out explosively, a massive head and mass of carbonation. Impossible to drink a glass without a lengthy wait. A nose of cocoa and some tart fruit. The flavor has some metal, tart cherry, roast, light milky chocolate tries to get through the infection. Not terrible, but terrible in the sense of what it should be.

3.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 bpreo (1173) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - SEP 19, 2011
Low in alcohol content, but it is a Oatmeal/Coffee Stout, so there is no room for complaints. If anything negative can be said about this beer, it is that Ellie may be too sweet.

22. Thanks, Melissa! Pours jet black with a slim and loose swirl of dark tan head. Big sweet chocolatey cookie nose. Creamy medium body with satiny carb. Chocolate and toasty cookie mid palate. Very sweet interpretation of the style but quite nicely done.
