8/22/12. On tap at the Seven Bridges brewpub. Hazy golden pour with a decent off-white head. Huge banana aroma with phenolic rubber aspects. Iverly sweet banana and cream flavor with lingering dry, spicy phenolics. Bleh.

Golden yellow, whitish cover. Aroma is banana, clove ester. Taste is banana, light spice, wheat, citrus.

Draft. Cloudy gold beer with white head. Citrus and wheat scent. Taste is wheat and bananas. Not a Hefe fan but this one was enjoyable.

On tap at the brewpub. Lightly hazed gold with a small white head. Very weak nose, mild banana and clove, lightly yeasty. Flavor follows the nose - not bad, just not a strong showing. Eh.

Banana, yeast, light clove aroma. Pretty spot on from an aroma standpoint. Cloudy yellow body with with a diminishing white head. Very yeasty fore with lots of banana, hot dog water flavors and a nice full mouthfeel. Pretty decent.

Pint on tap at the brewpub. Clear golden yellow beer with a nice white head. Aroma was citric and floral. Flavor was lemony and wheaty. Tasted more like an American Wheat to me instead of a hefeweizen. Pretty good, and a decent summer refresher for a hot Jacksonville day.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2007 I just copied and pasted this since I guess you could call it a rate cheat but it’s the same exact beer from A1A Aleworks also. This was a perfect wheat beer, probably a hefeweizen but was not stated, great yellow cloudy color, with a huge thick white head of foam, great lemony and banana flavor that was just perfect for the 90 degree florida heat.

Has a very fragrant, floral-like aroma. Dark yellow appearance, Slightly hazy with a good sized frothy white head. Strong sweet bubblegm and banana falavors, heavy ester presence. Tangy mouthfeel. Very refreshing on a hot day in Jacksonville. Good Brewpub wheat.
