Magicdave6 (4092), London, Greater London, England Jul 31, 2007 Blackfriers. Aroma has hint at pear drop, but mainly a good over ripe fruit vinigar. Taste is a similar bag of tricks, alcohol only 6.4%, however increadibly well hidden, super drinkable. cgarvieuk (2612), Edinburgh, Scotland Jun 20, 2007 Edinburgh beer fest 07 ... very very pale yellow ... tiny cider nose ... sour sharp very little pear ... no real body harrisoni (5474), Ashford, Kent, England May 18, 2007 Bag in a box at Reading BF. Pale gold/silver. Acetone on aroma. Decent dry perry. Not overly exciting. Some soft fruit. Not harsh. Not overly dry, good acetone underlying it though. MesandSim (4623), Highgate, Greater London, England May 10, 2007 A Mes rate:
Barrel at Reading Beer Festival. Very watery appearance. Dryish nose with clear alcohol. Exactly like fruit juice in the mouth. Nothing much going on at all but it’s still pretty tasty. Mungo (2474), Southampton, Hampshire, England May 9, 2007 Barrel @ Reading Beer Festival 07. Quite clear. Thin slightly sweet with mild acidity. A bit bland but pleasant enough.
