Jul 31, 2007 Blackfriers. Aroma has hint at pear drop, but mainly a good over ripe fruit vinigar. Taste is a similar bag of tricks, alcohol only 6.4%, however increadibly well hidden, super drinkable.

May 18, 2007 Bag in a box at Reading BF. Pale gold/silver. Acetone on aroma. Decent dry perry. Not overly exciting. Some soft fruit. Not harsh. Not overly dry, good acetone underlying it though.

Barrel at Reading Beer Festival. Very watery appearance. Dryish nose with clear alcohol. Exactly like fruit juice in the mouth. Nothing much going on at all but it’s still pretty tasty.
