Cask at Stortford Beer Festival 2011. An amber beer with a bubbly yellowish head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, caramel, and hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit on a malty background, leading to a dry and bitter finish. I find it a bit boring.

Cask, gravity at Cheltenham Town Hall, @ Cheltenham Folk Festival w/e Sat’ 13th Feb’ 2010 Pours gold/light amber with a few lingering bubbles. Very tradtiional bitter in both style, appearance and flavour, some sweet malts show but there is a slightly rustic earthy edge to this, its a bit dry, its quite decent. A6 A4 F7 P3 Ov13 3.3

UPDATED: AUG 14, 2011 Cask (Pullman, Helsinki)
Shit, lost my notes. Light brown, small head. Dry musty mushroomy aroma, good old fashioned bitter feel. Watery palate, but refreshing, carbonation low. Simply slightly sweet malts, but more of the taste is dry barky musty hops. Finish is musty and undergrowthy. Old-school bitter.
Rerate: Gravicask (Bishops Stortford BF2011) 6:3:6:3:13=3.1. Identical numbers, and almost as few notes: "simple bitter".

Cask Real Ale 0.25L glass. Pale head of medium size bubbles. Slightly hazy pale golden colour with some orange. Mild malty nose. Roasty slightly grassy taste at the end some hoppy bitterness. Slightly waterly. Maybe it’s better after a few days.
