Cask handpump. A black colour with no head. A roasted malt aroma. As the description says, the taste has plenty of roasted barley, a fair amount of roasted malt and a little brown sugar sweetness. Tasty, but not outstanding.

Cask@Reading BF. Kind of a touch sour, with some light sweet mollasses and the chocolate and roasty malt edges. Kind of flat and dull mouthfeel. Not very enjoyable.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2007. Black with thin beige head. Bit sourish, damson fruit. Really sour damson, black cherry, odd. But lots of fruit.
