Blond very bright body, white frothy head, which fully diminishes, fairly lacing. Hoppy aroma, citruslike. Light sweet-bitter initial flavour. Bitter finish.

Taster from draft at au phare . Pours unclear , light orange . Good , cloudy white head . Smell is heavy on coriander . Taste is spiced ( coriander ) yet very common . If anything , it reminds of blanche de namur . Bit sweet , but in blalance . Certainly ok .

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2014 Bottle 25cl. Clear golden color, two finger foamy white head, good lacing; aroma bread, grain, citrus, bit yeast; taste moderate sweetbitter, bit grainy, herbal tones; medium body, oily texture; mild sweetbitter finish. Nice but this is a blond beer and not a saison.

Poured a bright golden with a frothy, heavily laced white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, light malt. Medium body, a bit grainy.

Draft @ Le Bier Circus. Crystal-clear, solid white head, very clean golden, looks too filtered, tad industrial. Taste is lightly malty, grains, iron bitter, light bitterness, light yeast and fake lemon, fake, industrial, it feels over-filtered and overdone, light EU hops, quite artificial. Too light, too clean, tad corn or something mouthfeel. Not too good, closer to a pale lager in feel than apparently a saison for me. Wow a 1/100 style saison.

Test vom 1.3.2011, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 6,10,9,9,8,9 - 8,80

Bottle @ Delirium Cafe. BB 2007. Hazy golden with a white head and lots of floaties. Aroma is sweet, malty and oxidated. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. I only discovered this was five years past the BB-date when I found the number of floaties to be extreme. Shame on Delirium Cafe for serving this to a customer. 190712
