Draught: Medium sized, vast and quick disappearing white foamy head, leaves a sticky lacing on top of a cloudy orange colored beer. Aromas of hops, peach, spices, soap, honey, lighy manure,light sour. Flavours of hops, spices like cloves, malts, creamy, some creamy barley malts, light fruit and spicy herbs. Aftertastespicy, barleys, hops, cream, light foral and light sticky spices hints. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy texture Very nice, some spices and hops and malts, balanced. Bit like a spiced barley wine On a side note: bartender told me it’s brewed at Kerkom. Not sure if this is an Amber Ale though.

Pours a nice Medium golden yellow color. Minimal fizzy white head, lasted maybe a minute or two. Aromas of light spices, a touch of brown sugar.

Clear amber color, white head. Malt and herbs in nose. Sweet, rather simple taste. Slick, flat and boring on palate. Just too fruity, too sweety. B@BF.

Very nice ale. Brewed specially for the Poshoorn hotel in Maastricht. NIce aroma, foam and aftertaste. It mad eme lose my train. Dark amber colour and cloudy features.

Bottle @ home. Clear copper / dark orange colored beer, small but vast off-white head. Smell malts, a little roasty, like a mix between a stout and a dark amber. Taste light coffee, malts, grains, yeast and some spices maybe? Suitable carbonation, medium body.

The best beer off this brewery very hard to find. Very well done for a pilsner brewery !!!

Decent dark brown colour, good head. Aroma of caramel, malts, suntan oil, alcohol. Taste is sour grassiness, barley, malts. Bitter finish.

From bottle at De Wedelse Molen, Overpeelt. Pours an appetizing copper colour. Sweet fruit in the mouth and nose. Well-carbonated. I remain unconvinced.

Amber coloured liquid. Big off-white head. Holds not long enough, but sticks to the glass and forms a nice cloud in the end. Very sweet-red fruits smell. Smells ma bit to much like grenadine/limonade then beer... At least some spices inside also. Sweet-sour lightly hoppy, spiced very fruity taste. Drinkeable, but misses something extra, and a bit of a unpleasant aftertaste for me...

Bottle from Tbone, best until 1/07. Brown color. Blackcurrant, grape juice and sherry in the aroma. Sherry flavor with blackcurrant , grapes and cardboard. Has thinned. Plastic in the finish. I have to re-rate a fresh one.
