Pours hazy red-orange with a small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is soft caramel, light yeast. A bit then - especially for the ABV. Flavour is malty sweet, light caramel. Not too nice.
Ungstrup (10858), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 11, 2008 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of oranges and other citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of citrus, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is thin. Sweet fruity flavor with notes of toasted malt, caramel and alcohol. Ends sweet. downender (1453), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England May 3, 2008 Bottle. Hazy amber in colour with a decent off-white head. Apple and yeast aroma. Flavour was of sweet malt with a yeasty, barnyard finish. A bit rustic. yespr (5611), Copenhagen O, Denmark May 2, 2008 25 cL bottle. Pours almost hazy orange with a fully diminished white head. Light yeasty and light overripe fruity aroma. Malty flavour towards almost grainy. Light oxidised malty finish. Clean but also bland and boring.
