On tap. Clear amber colour. muted but citrus and light pine cone hoppy aroma with a hint of malt but there is this estery yeasty component. Medium body, fast finish, sort of watery mid palate and a yeasty quality as well. Forgettable.

Draught at Bar Hop. Pours a nice looking deep golden-orange with an average size semi-lasting frothy off-white head. Some lacing on the glass. Aroma of mild fruit and hops -- simple but pleasant. Flavour of pale malt, fruit and hops and a moderate bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. Simple and a touch mild, but pleasant. Addendum: After a while some metal or tartness comes through in the flavour and/or finish.

HogTownHarry (6101) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - JUL 25, 2013
On draught at Bar Hop. Hazy gold with a smallish white creamy head. Yeasty and somewhat sweet and fruity aroma, some grassy bitterness and not much alcohol - a hint of cocoa in there. Taste is much more bitter and the fruit emerges as green apple and only some banana - solid and balanced. Thick and chewy, decent carbonation, slightly astringent - surprising grassy bitterness emerges in the finish. Great beer.

500 ml bottle from Junction Brewery. Pours a murky dull, burnt orange with modest-sized off-white head. Aroma is fruity yeast, light spice and understated citrus hops. Flavour is fruity esters, sweet caramel, light spiciness and modest grapefuity hops. Drying, somewhat bitter finish. Pleasant.

Very good drinkability, on tap at Junction Tap Room. Yeasty and hoppy like a Belgian IPA. Yeast less noticeable as it warmed and hops accumulated in the mouth.

Lovely fruity hoppy aroma. Mild bitter citrus hops. Nice balance between malt and hops. Great bitter finish. Refreshing and could easily drink a few.

Liked this one - classic pale ale, easy to drink and well made. Not super interesting but a very good show of the style. Nice finish which helps you drink a few at a time.

Pale golden pour with a tight white head. The aroma is spicy and fruity with a nice bright hop aroma. Assertive bitterness and a lot of grapefruit and citrus. Nice bright fruity pale ale. Clean and tasty.
