Pours a nice gold colour with a generous white head. Nose is of malt and cereal. The taste is of malt and yeasty bread. The aftertaste is floral and sweet.

Apr 24, 2007 Actually purchased on 4/20 but I didn’t realize that until just now... Cereal and grassy floral hops in the nose with some notes of corn. Brilliantly clear golden body is topped by a decent and lasting white head that leaves some lacing. Nice malt flavour with some doughy character. Floral and grassy hops offer a light counterpoint. Bitterness is fairly restrained. Corn is notable especially in the aftertaste. Light body with engaging carbonation that lasts well. Lager glass. Fridge temperature. Can (BCLS at 39th & Cambie, Apr-07).

Jan 19, 2007 <i>473 mL can from a Burnaby liquor store.</i><br /> <b>App.</b>: med. straw, creamy white head, clear. <b>Aroma</b>: some floral hops, a bit of cereal, peppery spiciness, skunky(?), reminds me of a German Helles. <b>Palate</b>: medium-thin body, fairly lively carbonation. <b>Flav.</b>: off-dry, a bit of floral, resinous hops, cereal, a touch of fruitiness, no bitterness and maybe a touch of sourness. <br />Bland and boring – Sleeman (Sapporo), eh?
