COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Saison is inspired Wallonian farmhouse ales. Designed for consumption on the farm by fieldhands, these beers were intended to be crisp, refreshing, and sustaining. Brewed using Pilsner Malt and white wheat, the beer is hopped with Styrian Goldings, and has a delicate addition of pepper, ginger and coriander. Fermented at an unusually high temperature, the resulting beer is dry, crisp, and complex.

Crushed with Jakebra at the Colorado Springs Saison Festival. Kinda champage nose with earthiness added. Flavor isn’t that good. Smooth and pleasant but pretty thin-bodied. Good but not great.

Had this beer at the All Colorado Beer Fest on 11/10/2007. Aroma is not good with an odd sour scent. Color is a very clear yellow with a thin head. Flavor had a mild Hefe like taste with a sharp after tone. Its an ok brew and is better then most Saison I have had.

Draught at All Colorado Beer Festival. Pours hazy light yellow with a large, frothy, white head, lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is average malt (hay, straw), light hops (flowers, citrus), average yeast (barnyard, earth) with notes of banana, pepper, and coriander. Light bodied, alcoholic texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness and bitterness, light acidity.
