Commercial Description:
ATHENIAN BREWERY´S new taste proposition is here to enjoyable refresh day and night moments...SHANDY ROCK is a light drink of only 2,5% alcoholic content, which combines the unique taste of beer with the freshness of lemon. It is launched in a 33 cl non-returnable green bottle.

Come on, it’s not that bad. A surprisingly inviting waft of geranium leafiness, ganja-ish mandarin, citrus. Smells alright, but tastes excruciatingly sugary. A trace of doughy malt? No, it’s all sugar, chemicals, lemon. But has no pretensions of being a great beer. Inoffensive, naturally-tasing alcopop more Sprite than lager.

It’s supposed to be a refreshing drink for the summer. Even the worst beer chilled is better than this for a hot day. Avoid at all costs !

A pale orange "beer" with a huge collapsing white head. The aroma is somewhat artificial lemony - like a bad lemonade. The flavor is thin again with lemon and artificial sweetener.

Bottled. Pours a pale golden with a shortlived frothy white head. Aroma is lemon, artificial lemon at that. Taste is lemony, artificial sweetener.

Bottle. Pale golden colour with a small white head. Citrus aroma and a very sweet citrus taste. Watery body and a sweet finish.
