Bottle at home, thanks to an IP trade with Tomer, 02/02/13. Light black with a tan head that thinned to a swirl atop and edgeing. Nose carries roast malts, oats a la chocolate in porridge, molasses, hint of coffee. Taste comprises roast malts, chocolate, molasses. Medium bodied, carbonation is a little over cooked but not detracting too much from this beer, dry finish. Solid enough stout !

Bottle from Desverger. Pours Black with a beige head. Roasted malty taste with chocolate, coffee, some fruits. Soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish.

Clear black beer, big creamy beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: mocha, coffee, pretty roasted, bit dusty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, nice roasted bitterness, some coffee, red berries. Aftertaste: caramel touch, some banana, bit metallic, hop bitterness, mocha, some coffee.

Bottle 330ml. Clear dark brown with slowly diminishing medium creamy brownish head. Strong roasted malt aroma, burnt, dark chocolate, ash notes, faint vanilla notes, some fruitiness. Flavor of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, light malty sweetness, bitter-sour dry sticky finish, a bit watery. Medium carbonation, Medium-bodied.

Bottle 330ml. Pours very dark with a short lasting light beige head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, alcohol, dark roasted malt, light coffee. Body is medium, with medium-gentle carbonation. Tastes slightly bitter with light sweetness and a bit of acidity. Some fermentation off flavors with sour notes. Flavors of dark malt and dark coffee.

A bit of coffee mixed up with some cereals and malt. Easily drinkable with a bit watery aftertaste. With a bit more abv this one could be a deep bodied and balanced stout.

Bottle from tomer - many thanks for this! The beer pours out in a deep black colour with steady low head and medium body. Aroma of malt, coffee and cappuccino. Taste of milky coffee, roasted barley, porridge, malt, bread, woods and torf. Earth finish. Nice one.
