Ah well this is pretty close to an authentic American pale ale. Smell is citrus and piney hop sweetness, pleasant. Appearance is a little strange, features a nice golden bronze color but also is unusually hazy. The taste is exceptional, has a moderately bitter piney and citrus hoppiness with a caramel malt contrast, well done! Soft texture, but a bit fizzy. Finishes clean with just enough hoppy refreshment. Very well done overall. Closest thing to a local micro-brew you can find in Jerusalem!

Shared bottle at local tasting. Gusher de luxe. Dives into my glass, hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, marmelade and citrus. Taste is weak sweet, some good grassy hops and light funk, short lived taste. Clean light fresh mouthfeel, notes of brett.

Small shared bottle courtesy of gunnar. Gushes fluid. Misty golden body with a white head. Lemon marmelade and brettannomyces notes on the nose. Dry fruity and lemon peel bitter. Light to medium bodied. Dry tongue.

Bottle, shared by gunnar. A gusher, producing a hazy, orange-golden body and a big, collapsing off-white head. It’s quite funky on the nose, in a brett kind of way. Orange peel, lemon, pepper and some pale malt notes in the aroma. It’s a bit thin on the palate, with pale malts, orange peel and some spiced, herbal notes. Medium body, decent carbonation. The finish is orangey and lighlty herbal, some bitterness kicking in towards the very end. Far from bad this one, easy drinkable too, but it’s too carbonated and doesn’t stand out, at least not in a global view. 140305

Duft av malt og litt sirton. Dunkel lys gul farge. Lite skum, litt langs kant. Frisk frisk litt syrlig sitron smak.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy light orange body with a medium creamy white head. Nose is pine, dry grass, pale malts and hints of peaches, with slightly oxidized "harsh" tones lingering in the back. Taste, luckily, proves to be better: pale malts, freshly cut grass, mild herbs and hints of red fruits in the back. Light to medium body, moderate to high carbonation. A pretty decent APA, though not outstanding in any way.
