A lightly hazed amber ale with a thick mocha head. In aroma, a grassy and fruity ester, musty and nutty, surrenated hops. In mouth, an oxidized sweet malt with light acid notes, BB June 2010. Tasted with Probstk.

Despite a lack of aroma this was a nice beer, caramel, sweet malts with a spicy hoppiness.

500ml clear bottle from Waitrose. Clear, bubbly, fairly deep amber with an average quick-diminishing frothy-fizzy beige head. Grainy/grassy aroma, a little sour and skunky. Fairly "meh" grain and stale grass taste, enlivened a bit by an odd tart grapeskin character that actually improves it quite a bit - light body, solid carbonation, with a quick, somewhat dry grain/grassy-bitter finish. A bit thin,.

Incredibly drinkable and balanced. Not exceptional in any respect but the hop character is nice

Bottle at home. Small head disappeared instantly. Nice caramel colour but clearly flat and unappetising in appearance. There was little of interest in the aroma or taste, while not unpleasant, it was not somehting I would repeat if there were other options.

500ml bottle. Pours dark amber with a medium head. Aroma is citrus hops with caramel malt underneath. Bready malt. Orange bready malt finish. Better from cask.

Grima (2035) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - DEC 21, 2010
500ml bottle from Auchan Market, Luxembourg City! The beer in glass is opper-colored with lat head, which will disappear very quickly. The smell is nice and spicy bitterhoppy. Starts good hoppy, little tart or bitter, very spicy, but unfortunately somewhat watery. The middle part and the finish part gets even something more hoppy, the bitter taste comes through well. Not bad, not good!

50 cl bottle, Sheffield, UK. Amber colour, nice caramel aroma. Smooth and sweet, some bitterness but mostly honey and malt.
