Yup see what everyone means about poor head retention. I got the malts and caramel. Went down nice though. Would have again and need to try draught as they have at my caravan park.

Butelka. Barwa bursztynowa, klarowna. Aromat słodowy. Piana biała niska. W smaku głównie wyczuwalny słód z wyraźna, niewysoką goryczką. Piwo bardzo przeciętne.

0.5l bottle. Amber color with quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, hoppy and slightly toasted. Taste is caramel and biscuits with light bitterness. Overall it’s decent beer, but nothing special.

Another English ale I do like from cask and it was the last time I drank it from the bottle. Why do they pour it into colourless glass bottles? Milky notes, flat, tiring malty aftertaste, old hops. Why?

Bottle purchased and consumed in Serbia. Pours Amber clear, little ivory head. Nose: a bit of roasted malts, resin far away, thin. Mouth: watery, roasted notes, elegant bitter closure. Not terrific! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Doom bar is a safe option, nothing adventurous and pretty loose and smooth. Decent toffee taste

A wonderful and very drinkable amber beer. Toffee notes make the beer very appealing. Gentle bitterness on the palate rounds off a great beer.
