Cask@theposada, wolverhampton. Copper colour small head. Small malt aroma. Taste is a little bitter with caramel. Quite smooth on the palate. A nice beer.

Cask at The Plough, Bloomsbury. Enjoyable enough sipper on a sublime night, though my mind was fully scrambled by time-change at this point. Fairly anonymous looking pour, a kind of dingy reddish-brown. Some soft hops in the nose and tea notes too. Easy drinking enough, but fairly bland flavors in all honesty.

Cask, I’m trying to soak up as many english bitters as I can, but I know nothing about them, the mouth is awesome on everything from a cask, but the flavor is a bit weak and not bitter enough, the 4% abv is great to drink early in the afternoon.

On cask at The Sun. Pours a brown colour with a fair white head. Aroma of biscuity malt, grassy hops and caramel. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel.

Zoetig aroma van abrikoos en dito smaak, waterig en geen koolzuur. Geen nasmaak. Vertier bier. Van de tap (handpomp) Brook Marston Fann hotel, area Birmingham.

Clear amber, thin soapy white head. Aroma is malty, slightly floral, and ripe tropical fruit. Fruity, moderate hop bitterness, distant wheaty flavour. Weak carbonation, light to medium body. Reasonable bitter, reliable, pretty sessionable.

Fra håndpumpe på pub i London jan -11: Et godt pubøl uten den helt store personligheten, men lett å drikke og 4% er fornuftig hvis man skal sitte en stund.
