Excellent Cornish beer, great all year round.
Looks like a classic British ale, slight caramel flavour

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Golden with white foamy head and flat carbonation. Pleasant but unexciting malty nose. Medium sweet, malty taste with medium bitter finish, a bit lacking in character. Nice smooth, creamy palate. Bog standard but nice pub pint.

2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
From the bottle, clear copper colour, beige head disappearing fast. Water is dominant, low in alcohol, traces of some caramel biscuit aroma, some smoke, low in carbonation. One must concentrate to feet any taste. I can not feel bitterness, maybe some sweetness. Nothing special, but also not terrible - but you must be very thirsty not to complain about quality of this beer.

Cask at JDW Stansted. Pours golden with white head. Nose is slightly sweet malty, slight caramel. Taste is malts, some caramel/toffee sweetness and light bitterness. In all its simplicity, highly drinkable. Some may think its too sweet for the style.

2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Drinking from cask.
A soapy (from the glass maybe?) aroma, some hop, caramel, flowers.
The clear red beer has a small off-white head.
A bit watery, but also some caramel, yeast and a hint of smoke.
