[CASK: The Waterhouse, Manchester 24/04/07] Reasonable middle range ale that lacked excitment that my perception had build up from the name. Not to shabby but could have been so much more.

Nov 21, 2008 Cask - The Dolphin, Canterbury. Orange beer with yellow tints and a small but dense white head. Sweet and floral aromas. Fairly crisp flavours of fruity malts and a a little floral essence in the predominantly dry, lightly bitter finish. Quite thin in body, light and refreshing.

Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, nutty, caramel, fruity - berry. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (040808)

Oct 7, 2008 Top session brew. Decent head which was fairly tight. Nice and malty. Slightly fruity smelling, good mouthfeel. Slips down a treat.
