jammin7jg (139), Withington, Manchester, England May 11, 2007 [CASK: The Waterhouse, Manchester 24/04/07] Reasonable middle range ale that lacked excitment that my perception had build up from the name. Not to shabby but could have been so much more.
sm89walt (199), Norwich, Norfolk, England Nov 21, 2008 Cask - The Dolphin, Canterbury. Orange beer with yellow tints and a small but dense white head. Sweet and floral aromas. Fairly crisp flavours of fruity malts and a a little floral essence in the predominantly dry, lightly bitter finish. Quite thin in body, light and refreshing. fiulijn (6010), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Oct 19, 2008 Cask conditioned at Pride of Spitalfields, London
Amber color, thin head. Some caramel aroma; good caramel flavor, quite round mouthfeel. A correct brew, but quite simple. fonefan (5547), Ulfborg, Denmark Oct 9, 2008 Cask (handpump) @ Coal Hole, London, England WC2.
Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head.
