COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Special - JDW Spring festival 2010.
Hops: Bobek, Brewers Gold, Cascade, Northern Brewer.
Pale beer, naturally hazy in appearance, owing to the variety of Belgian yeast used, with a lemon bubblegum aroma, tropical fruit flavour and hints of spice.

JDW Spring fest - Rochester. A lightly spicy beer, hints of ginger. Quite pale. Some sweetness, though well attenuated. Decent stuff - drinkable and pleasant in a laid back way.

Cask @ Counting House, JDW. Clear golden colour, medium dense white head. Aroma is lemonade, fruits, biscuit, almost perfumy. Flavour is wheaty, banana, yeast, fruity . Indeed, resembles a belgian white. Decent malty backbone. Fairly dry and slightly bitter finish. Interesting mix of belgian and british styles. Extremely drinkable.

Cask, Lloyds, Carlisle. A decent attempt at a Belgian Weiss, with banana and cloves apparent, if quite subtle. My pint was close to bright, so maybe it had had too much settling to give a decent haze. Tasty.

Cask handpull at Samuel Peto, JDW, Folkestone. Pale gold, lasting white head. Faint Belgian yeast aroma. Good sherbert hop flavour and finish. It’s ok if just not overly adventurous. Good to have something different.

Cask - West Gate Inn (JDW), Canterbury. Poured a clear golden orange with a very slight initial haze that soon cleared, topped by a thin white head. Lemon and orange aromas. A mild, mid-length bitterness succeeds fruity, juicy hop flavours. Light to medium in body with low to medium carbonation.
