Draught at Capone’s: Faint aroma of floral and English hops. Poured amber in color with a small, off-white head that greatly diminished but lasted around the edges. Clear. Lightly sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet, and lightly bitter. Tastes of malt, English hops, and some slightly fruity yeast. Medium body. Chalky, then lightly dry texture. Soft to average carbonation. Malt, English hop finish is lightly sweet and lightly bitter, as well as lightly chalky and lightly dry. High ABV is completely hidden throughout.

Sampled at Coopers Seafood House in Scranton PA this beer poured a golden amber color with a small soapy white head that faded and left a touch of lacing. The aroma was tart chalk and a hint of citrus. The flavor was tart and bitter citrus, chalk, Windex, pear and a bit of bread. There was a noticeable boozy presence that did not work well and there was an odd aftertaste. Medium body. Disappointing.
