COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In our Frambozenbier, two vintages of our Raspberry Blanche (One of which has aged in oak barrels for at least ten months)mingle to achieve an astounding character that is light, dry and aromatic. The bouquet is of rampant raspberries, full refermentation dispels any lingering sweetness, wild yeasts give this beer complexity and an alluring tartness, and a crisp body keeps you coming back for another sip.

Bottle from Wegman’s. I think this one is criminally under-rated. Hazy dull straw pour with minial head, the raspberries are subdued but natural tasting, with penty of lactic tartness and earthy sub-fruitiness in the flavor and finish. This one is outstanding.

murky hay gold, thinnest white ring. Light tea lemon nose, strawberry, light seeds. Fruitier red nose, sticky across sugary mid before thin sock finish, carbonation too low.

Thanks to noodleuser! Crisp, dry, raspberry wheat style beer with a touch of tartness. Not complex but I could absolutely knock this back.

Deep and cloudy pink colour with a generous retained white head. A wonderful tartness that is light and builds but never overwhelms. Fruity with dryness. Very drinkable, delicate. Some funk in aroma. One of a kind. Bottle from Campone’s, sponsored by Americo.
