Some raspberry, some coriander. Light bread yeast. Pours pink with ok head and lacing. Not super well put together. Tap at The Industry.

kramer (5063) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 19, 2013
Tap. Pours a clear light copper body with a small fizzy off-white head. The nose is pretty well dominated by the raspberry purée, with a little caramel sweetness. The flavor is pretty straight forward, fairly nice natural tasting raspberry syrup with a little bready malt. On the sweeter side, but the slight tartness from the raspberry helps combat that some. Medium bodied, a little heavy on the tongue with fizzy carbonation. Pretty decent as far as fruit beers go.

This poured a blood red orange color with lacing. Had some tartness, similar to citrus, to the flavor along with some sweetness.

FROTHINGSLOSH (5039) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 23, 2013
UPDATED: SEP 29, 2013 Sampled on draft at the House of 1000 Beers this beer poured an orange-red color with a large foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was tart berries and cardboard. The flavor was tart and tangy with vague berries, cardboard, yeast and a touch of bread. A touch of astringency noted. Medium length finish of tangy berry, yeast and bread. Medium body. Disappointing.

NikkTwist (1708) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 19, 2013
Draft at Farmers Cabinet. Cloudy red peach pour with a slight fluffy white ring. Very fragrant aroma. Fresh raspberries. Watermelon. Puffed wheat. Somewhat fuller palate than expected without any syrupy sweetness. Better than expected.

DocLock (8001) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 15, 2012
Draft at Craft. Pours turbid dark straw with some pink highlights and a finger of off-white head. Nose is fresh raspberries, citrus, mild spices. Tastes rich, very fruity, with the raspberries hitting first and tasting juicy and delicious, giving the beer an overall sweetness that matches well with the hopcitrus and spiciness that kicks in later. This one is a great beer.

This I like! Big raspberry aroma on the nose without bring cloying. Pours blonde with a reddish tint and a rather large white head. Nice tartness on the tongue while retaining the raspberry flavor. Unlike a lambic this has a nice creamy quality on the finish.

Pours a pretty pink with a pillowy head. Aromas of fresh raspberries, banana, citrus. Flavor is dominated by tart raspberries. Fruity but not sweet. A little bit of wheat spiciness - clove. Nice tart finish, dry and slightly sour. Like a raspberry lemonade without enough sugar. Very unusual and nicely done.

They added organic raspberries to their wit and the fruit has a nice full sweet flavor which is balanced by a sharp bitter tone which I suspect is Brett from the barrel the beer was aged in. Body is a bit wet for me despite some dryness in it’s sour end. My wife is not a fan of this but I like a taste of leather in my beers.
