COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Amber is a beer with a great balance of malt and hops, and has an exquisite aroma provided by fresh Cascade hops. It is the perfect beer for someone who wants more flavor than the Golden but isn’t ready for the darkness of a Brown Ale.

Rastacouere (5900) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 26, 2005
Straight deep amber, off-white cover. Minty hops join the otherwise malty nose that has a pleasant earthyness to dose the caramelly crystals adequately. Tartish and mineral palate with that typical rocky dryness, saltiness that kills the malts. Light bodied, fair carbonation. Arduous.

CLear amber color with a thin offwhite head. Aroma of toasted malt with sweetness. The flavor is similar, toasted malt and sweetness, it’s decent. The body has a medium thickness with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. Decent but not enough to be good.
