Thanks to grassrootsvt for the bottle... Appears a hazy, light gold with a small white head that fades into a collar that never leaves. Tiny spots of lacing are left on the glass. Smell is of citrus with lemon, and orangeade and some naturally infected wild yeast. Taste is of the mentioned aromas with a mild lime flavor also coming through. Very light without the harshness that is sometimes extended from lambics. Mouthfeel is fizzy up front, acidic, all in a light body. Slight wild yeast doesn’t overpower the beer.

Sample courtesy of weeare138. Poured a medium golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of brett, sweet berries, and some citrus. Tastes of sweet and tart berries, raspberries, and very light brett. Nice tart finish.

Poured a lightly hazy, reddish orange color with a thin beige collar, that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of brett, dark berry, grape, citrus, and toffee malts. Sweeter taste, with lower carbonation, raspberry skins, and green apple. Acidic and puckering.
