Rastacouere (6107) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 26, 2005
Clear chestnut appearance, complemented by a dense off-white head. Appealing well fruited nose hints at figs, grapes and litchi. Sweet malts add a touch of smoked maple to it and nutty character emanates stronger as it warms, to eventually dominate on the palate, though the highly mineral/watery character is not far. Lightened palate, fitting cleansing carbonation. Ruined potential.

Reddish brown color with a thick creamy tan head. Aroma of caramel malt and hops. The flavor is the same with minerals (again) added. The body is light to medium with medium carbonation. Decent.
