3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Rastacouere (6058) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 1, 2007
A small haze veils the golden hue that gets covered by a fair white head. Rather powerful nose uncovers a direct hay-like slap, very fresh and towering over a soft and refreshing grassy tartness. Gentle growing bitterness by the sip. Light-bodied and extremely drinkable. Salty, good and fresh palate. A very bright cask ale that deploys lots of craftsmanship.
