Did not want to like this beer, but ended up miling. Dark, bitter chocolate color. Smells of Hershey’s syrup and rye bread. Slightly watery with a compelling chocolate aftertaste. Drink up.

Thanks be to SoLan. Chocolate nose. Chocolate, oak, bready flavor. Not as good as I thought it would be.

Pours black with a thick and creamy tan head. Aromas of...chocolate donuts! Similar flavor. Chocolate, caramel, vanilla, and a hint of coffee as well. Dunking a chocolate donut into your coffee and taking a bite would give you about the same flavor as taking a drink of this. Drinkability is low, I couldn’t think of having more than one of these in a week. Still great though and they hit the donut thing spot on.

On tap at Dr. Dremo’s. Seriously tasted like a rich Entemann’s chocolate donut, in liquid form. Not the best beer to end the night, it’ll knock you over. Taste-buds wise, not really alcohol wise. Good stuff though. Beach bar at Dr. Dremo’s... first time out there, after movies (Clerks II) with Leah.

Chocolate donut beer, yeah right... Nearly black colour with a bit of dark head. Aroma is chocolaty and yeasty. The flavour is truly unique. Lots of chocolate flavour with a donut like finish. Reminds me of an ld fashioned chocolate cake donut with some glaze. Really unique!

Dark brown pour. Small tan head. Very carbonated. Chocolate aroma but I don’t get any cake. Taste is of roasted chocolate. Maybe a little salt but the taste doesn’t live up to the billing.

Had this at Dr. Dremo’s under their name, but this is their contract brewer. A surprisingly tasty beer that tastes exactly how it is described. Very sweet and chocolatey, and also with something that makes it donuty. Magic.

Draft - This actually did smell and taste a lot like a chocolate donut. It was also quite good. Tons of sweet chocalte flavors witha slightly bitter finish.
