500ml bottle from Tesco. Pours red brown with off white head. Started off quite well, a sweet strong ale with a hint of caramel. Fell over badly with a harsh alcohol hit after a few sips. Hard work.

Bottle from Tesco. Poured a clear copper, with a white head. Aroma was fruity, with caramel and big malt. Toffee in the flavour, with ripe berries and biscuity malt. Some light resin in the finish, with chewy grains and maple syrup.

Pours a clear brown with a fast-settling head, light aromas of caramelised apple and some earthiness. Quite gassy. Dry-sweet with an indefinite fruitiness, a little toffe, an alcohol warmth, and some herbal and earthy hops.

Koper kleurig en helder bier. Met een luchtig schuimkraag die snel verdwijnt. Geur apart en niet aantrekkelijk. Smaak melig boterig en een licht zoetje van marsepein. Gedronken met Bryan.
