Bottle (Previous tasting from memory). Didn’t like this one. Not sure if it was damaged from the clear bottle or what but it just wasn’t very good. Will not be trying it again.

davidpl (435) - Santiago, CHILE - FEB 15, 2009
Appearance: copper color. Little head. aroma: some nutty, with light smells of caramel and dry-herbs. Flavor: some insipid, presence of caramel malts and nutty in the start. Maybe other reminiscences like red tea and apple skin. Light dry final. Palate: light body, watery texture and medium carbonation. Remark: poor beer.

Bottle, 3.5%. Nutty aroma, grainy vinousness. Clear amber colour. Small tan head. The flavour is nutty with grassy and spicy aroma hops. A bit watery, as expected.

50 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and golden deep orange to hazzlenut brown and a dense off-white head. Dry malty and slight hoppy spiced aroma. Mild breadish and somewhat thin to watery flavoured. Holds a mild bitterness into malt driven finish.

OleR (4802) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 30, 2008
500 ml bottle. A two-finger dense beige head over a clear, plain brown colored body. Moderate aroma of caramellish malts with a nutty and light hoppy note. Taste is light malty and has a fair amount of earthy bittering hops. Feels somewhat watery in the mouth. Fine bitterness in the ending. Likeable.

Insipid on both the nose and the palate, and a not very substantial mouthfeel. Not something I’d be tempted to have again.

larsga (6323) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 15, 2008
Big light brown head. Light brown body with light carbonation. Roasty nutty caramelly aroma with hoppy notes. Kind of weak. Dry watery roasty nutty taste. Quite sweet, too. Dry wooden hoppy aftertaste. Too much water for my taste. (0.5l bottle from gr0ve.)

TET (1760) - FINLAND - MAY 30, 2008
Copper-brown beer with weak blond head. Aroma is quite tastefull: malts, nuts, hops and some toffee. First mouthfull is nice and there are flavours but then everything disappear but maybe there are found malts, grass and bitter hops. Very thin and watery-like to drink. Very quickly disappering taste and watery palate spoils this beer and that is sad because there are some potency to make this better beer.

Jonte (1413) - Gothenburg, SWEDEN - MAR 14, 2008
UPDATED: SEP 5, 2008 Bottle. Brown/red color with an off-white head. Aroma: Lightly roasted malt, caramel, nuts and some bitter hops. Flavor: Fruit, butterscotch, caramel, grass, minerals, bread and lightly roasted malt. Some bitterness in the aftertaste. Not that bad, but very watery and thin bodied.
