Clear medium to dark orange amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, molasses, caramel, cholate and nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, nutty, caramel, dark malt bitter, nutty bitter, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110416]

Take 36cl of Bishops Finger. Add 20cl of tap water - and voilá, we've made a pint of metallic, thin watery ale.
