COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Canterbury Jack has been hand crafted using the finest Kentish hops and barley, creating a light refreshing and contemporary ale, bursting with citrus nose and flavour. Sharping its name with an ancient hop and the nickname for a county rogue, it is truly a Kentish character ale.

Amber. Nose has citrus, fresh hops, caramel, toffee. Body is medium, but a tad watery, light on the palate. Caramel, malts. Typical toffee/caramel- kentish ale, but with a good dose of hops. After the hops have died off on the nose, it becomes a bit murky.

500 ml clear bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.0%. Deep golden to amber colour, large white head. Strong and typical Shepherd Neame aroma of modified hops, toffee and nuts. The flavour is fairly well hopped throughout, notes of toffee and nuts again, grapefruity and medium bitter finish, becomes slightly metallic in the aftertaste. .

50cl bottle. Poured copper color with a white head, nice lacing. Malty, toffeeish aroma along with some odd unpleasant notes I can´t place. Flavor is caramel, hops and malt. Metal in finish. Not the best bitter.

Bottled. An amber coloured beer with a whitish head. Lots of boiled sweet pasteurised notes throughout this. Sweet and caramelly. A too sweet macro bottled beer.
