2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Dorqui (1768) - Brescia, - JUL 10, 2010Cask at The Bishops Arms - Vasagatan (Stochkolm).
Red clearly color, much firm/static, limpid one, with light head of short duration. Rather light aroma; light woody and malty notes as soon as burnt. Resin and caramel complete the nose. Smooth taste, with rather modest bitter.

On tap in Kent. Awaited a bit more but got still a full bodied flower aromatic beer. Colour was a bit to clear amber but all around this is a well done beer.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 McTapps (1492) - Ruhrgebiet, GERMANY - SEP 7, 2012
On tap in Kent. Beer pours in deep golden brown with a light but steady head. Tastes mild of roses, straw and is quite bitter and dry. Not carbonated at all.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 tombyars (1205) - Saltcoats, SCOTLAND - MAR 3, 2012
Tasted this in the Bon Accord, Glasgow in November 2008. Cask, handpump dispense. Clear pale tawny in colour with a thin white head. Lemon peel present in the short tart aroma. Thin resiny mouthfeel and good lacing. Pale malts give a juicy grapefruit flavour with lemon grass notes. Dry dusty bitterness floods into the aftertaste with floral zest. Finish is hoppy with a metallic tang strong in the palate. A poor session bitter and not for me.
1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 TCass (2) - - OCT 27, 2011 does not count
Had on tap in a Shepherd Neame pub in Canterbury. There are thousands of ’em.
I did not get on well with this at all. It looked slightly opaque in the glass and tasted overwhelmingly of vegetation. Not even any particular vegetable, which might have been interesting, just... leaves. It smelled like an elderly forest, in the worst possible way, and tasted dreadful. Avoid like the bloody plague.

Cask, this one was very thin and weak, the colour was light and the taste was not enjoyable, I wasnt a fan

Cask in London, England. Light brown with little head. Slightly carbonated with light mouthfeel and somewhat hoppy finish.

I apparently liked this beer more than most. It was a very light, golden orange color with a minimal head that goes away over time leaving this ugly lilly pad looking bubbles that only a beer geek like you and I can appreciate. There is a light hoppy aroma.I liked it, the flavor was a little hoppy as well - very hoppy for a british bitter.

Quite bland. Hops dominate malt far too much and is over floral/earthy. Not a great bitter.

6th August 2008. On tap at GBBF. Well balanced beer but can’t find anything else to say about this bland but inoffensive beer.
