2.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Spicy resinous hop with fruity aromas. Slightly sticky mouthfeel with plenty of hop presence. Overcarbonated and unexciting in a way typical of most Shep Neame bottled products.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
500ml clear glass bottle poured into Old Speckled Hen English pint. Mown grass nose with suggestion of toffee.Thin white head.
Brewed with Kentish Early Bird hops with natural well-drawn water.Watery flavour disappointing after quite promising nose. Not as hoppy as their IPA and not as drinkable as their Spitfire.Finish reminiscent of sunstruck lager. I won't buy it again

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
A nice amber colour,no head,a fair amount of hops, but citric and spicy is just not for me.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottled, pasteurised. Brown amber beer with thin head. Carbonated sharp beer, dry, spicy and boiled tea flavours quite ashy as well. Lacks real depth.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Amber body, moderate head formation. Mild nuttiness and chocolate in the aroma which is a little misleading. Light palate, moderately carbonated, slightly toasted with a heavily hopped finish. Works well as a refresher.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottled. Clear bottle with ginger coloured ale. White soft head. Big, big aroma on this beer. If you like bitter hop then this is your beer. Marks have to be award for just how much bitter hop they have packed into this beer. Itís not my cup of tea but wow is it concentrated. Tastes like freshly cut grass, with a little bit of bitter spice.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Reddish amber beer with a toffee/caramel and deeply alcoholic aroma. The flavour is a well hopped watery effort. Overall a good strong spring ale.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
An orange beer with a small but fast diappearing head. The aroma is very slight with notes of fruit. The flavor is flat and casky - but then it turns slightly sweet with notes of raspberries, other berries, and fruit, before it turns bitter with a cask flatness to go with it. But what lingers on the tongue is a nice fruity bitterness.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Light hoppy aroma typical SN. Golden slightly reddish appearance with small fast vanishing white head. Dry hoppy taste. This is an aromatic, dry single variety hoppy beer that is unmistakably SN. However, it is very watery and is disappointing for an SN beer.
