50 cl bottle.
Pours clear copper color with a huge foamy head. Aroma of mild hoppy fruits, nuts, malts, some herbal notes and resin notes. Flavor of malts, fruits, some herbs and hints of caramel. Medium carbonation, slightly bitter palate, dry finish.

Clear 500ml bottle with an ABV of 4.5%, best before Feb 2009, drank May 2008. Poured into a Forbidden Fruit Chalice, just because I can! Good clear light amber colour, not much of a head though, pity. Floral aroma with a good hop content, also yeasts at the begining, before the pour, that aroma faded as the beer sped into the glass. Spritzy, almost sharp. Very refreshing, ideal for a warm spring evening, luckily that is what we have at the moment in the UK, so this has gone down very well. The hops come through, but not enough to ruin the other delicate flavours that are in the beer, grapefruit and sweet citrus tones abound. Mouthfeel isn’t to strong, there is a presence of alcohol and the hops/citrus flavours do stay a while. However it doesn’t have that extra feel to make me want another pint straight away. So drinkability is only average too. I drink with my eyes, the loss of any head prevented this beer getting higher scores from me.

Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light hoppy, grass, orange - citrus, light toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120128]

500ml bottle. Pours dark amber with a thin head. Aroma is caramel, boiled sweets and a bit of skunk. Taste has some caramel to start. Lots of skunked hop on the finish. I’d rerate with a fresher bottle but the clear glass kills it.

Bottle. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit and hops. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, hops, little citrus and a little bitter.

Clear copper of color with a small white head. An aroma of citrus, tea, applejuice, malt and weak caramel. A flavor of citrus, applejuice, malt and tea.

Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 280112

Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Pours clear golden with a bubbly white head. Straw , peach and marmelade. A little thin mouthfeel. Clean and dry finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, malt, nuts and hops.
