Cask - The Monument, Canterbury. Poured a clear amber with a one finger bubbly, lasting white head leaving a soapy lacing. Marmalade, yeasty hop aroma. Caramel with some tang and ab orange peel bitterness. Soft, medium body with a mild carb sting and a medium length bitterness. Címon Sheps! I know youíve got it!

Cask-conditioned at the Freemasons Arms, London 07/06/09. Reddish amber with a lacy, moderate off-white head. Caramel and red fruit aroma. Sweetish, malty flavour with a hint of orange fruit and peasant, bitter finish. Easy drinking.

Cloudy amber with tiny white head. Sweet fruity aroma with grassy hops. Sweet flavour with grassy hops, malt and caramel notes. Grassy hops towards the end that gives it a bitter finish.

Pours deep redish nut-brown with a small bubbly, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, some caramel and toffee. Lightly burnt and ashy with a hint of chocolate. Low, soft carbonation - just a tad watery. Flavour is lightly roasted, weak chocolate and caramel. A mild, dry bitterness with a flowery edge. Finishes off with some dry chocolate.
