500ml bottle served in a English pint glass. A: Pours an absolutely beautiful amber color. Clear. Forms a medium yellow very creamy and bubbled head. Excellent retention and many lacings formed and left around S: An authentic British Ale, I mean, it has this citrus and little bit piny hops smell (pretty much Cascade style), which is also a bit metallic. Sweet upfront. Strong notes of fruity esters, toffee, caramel and caramel malts T: As the nose, sweet upfront. Notes of toffee, caramel, caramel malts, brow sugar, piny hops, citrus hop. Nice medium hops bitterness M: Light body. Quite watery with a medium to low carbonation. Actually quite good carbonation to the style. Aftertaste is metallic and piny. Again, excellent hoppy bitterness O: Great drinkability. Excellent British session Ale. Recommended [ BA Review @ 9/25/2012 ]

Piwo pachnace szyszkami lesnymi i zoledziami.

Red-brown with a lasting cream head. Hoppy nose with toffee notes, nutty malt and lots of earthy and vegetal hops. Bitter with light caramel notes. Faint metallic note in the finish, maybe from the clear bottle.

Bottle to pint glass Lots of malt, pepper, toffee, and a little lemon. Reddish brown, with a thin mottled off white head and a little lacing. The taste is malt, cereal and bread with some bitterness and a little sourness.

£1 in Tesco sale. Quite good. Really should have followed my instinct and bought a dozen for that price
