An ale like /so/ many others, but with its relatively low alcohol content it does no harm. Red appearance and slightly thin taste.

Bottle. Amber/copper color with an off-white head. Aroma: Hops, wood, toffee, butter. Flavor: Woody hops, toffee/caramel, light buttery, a bit metallic and salty. A bit too thin and sharp mouthfeel, but ok as a "in the middle of the week" beer.

larsga (6218) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 18, 2009
Medium coarseish offwhite head. Lovely coppery brown body. Harmonic peppery caramelly aroma with nutty wooden notes. Dry-sweetish caramel and pepper taste with roasty wooden nutty notes. Mid-bodied. Smoothish mouthfeel. Dry roasty peppery cardboard aftertaste with metallic dandelion notes. Quite nice and drinkable, but the full version is much better. Ɛ.5l bottle, MaxiMat, Charlottenberg.)
