UPDATED: FEB 20, 2009 500 ml bottle. Small fine-laced white head. Nutty crisp caramelly aroma with spicy and earthy hops. Rich and inviting aroma. Crisp hop flavours with a somewhat fizzy mouthfeel. Clean hop bitterness that feels dry and earthy. Hops dominate, but there is also quite a bit of malty flavours there. A very refreshing beer. Great session beer.

0.5 l bottle, thanks oh6gdx, good breakfast beer! Copper color. Malty, caramelly, fruity and candyish aroma. Dry, fruity, caramelly, biscuity and salty flavor. Too thin and too much salty minerals.

It is dark bronze with a nice, creamy head. The aroma is very like the normal strength Spitfire with notes of English hops, pumpkin and malt. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, caramel, pumpkin, fruity hops and the finish has a slightly citrussy, light bitterness. It is actually quite OK, in spite of the low ABV.

Bottled (bought at the small shop@Slussen exit to Götgatan, Stockholm). Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is malts, hops and mild caramel. Flavour is hops, grass, mild yeast and also some mild hints of caramel. Mild grainyness too as it warms up.

Clear deep golden to copper color, fluffy big light tan head. Sweet, caramel and fruity scent. Also a bit roasted and metallic. Sweet, grainy, thin, buttery taste. Grainy aftertaste. Thin moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Bottled. Clear amber, minimal head. Nutty malty aroma - just like if it was the real Spitfire. However the thin and watery sloppy body makes it sharp and empty and suggests that it contains 75% Spitfire and 25% tap water. Finishes with diluted resiny bitterness.A good beer completely destroyed. Normally English low gravity beers doesn’t taste this way.

Bottle from Svinesund. Nutty, bittersweet, refreshing. Not bad, there is enough body here to make it escape from the watery trap.

Bottle from ICA, Vårgårda, Sweden. Amber color, ok head. Hoppy floral aroma. Floral hop flavor but then some of that typical flavor for low-alcohol beers show. Still a rather good beer for being a 3.5.

Bottle. Amber body and at first a foamy white head. Aroma is nutty, flowery and citrus like. Also fresh hops. Flavor is from colamalt, hops, syrup and citrus. This is a good low alcohol brew.
