Appearance - Small head and dark caramel in colour. Flavour- very smooth, sweet but with a bitter finish. Very drinkable but not that special

Clear amber of color with an off white head. An aroma of caramel and apples. A flavor of bisquit, dry, apples and bitter notes.

Cask. Poured amber with a white head. Had notes of hay from the malts and citrus from the hops. Malts were more apparent in the flavor with cereal and grain coming through.

Cask at Captain’s Cabin, Mayfair. Nice amber with white head. Hoppy nose. Flavour of malts, caramel and sweet notes. Nice blend with bitter finish.

Cask in a pub in London. A clear copper colored beer, with a small beige head. The aroma of bitter hops with fruits like citrus and some malts. The taste is dry bitter with fruits like citrus and some caramel. The aftertaste is dry bitter.
