Nov 25, 2009 Cask. Poured amber with a white head. Had notes of hay from the malts and citrus from the hops. Malts were more apparent in the flavor with cereal and grain coming through.

Aug 7, 2009 Cask in a pub in London. A clear copper colored beer, with a small beige head. The aroma of bitter hops with fruits like citrus and some malts. The taste is dry bitter with fruits like citrus and some caramel. The aftertaste is dry bitter.
