Any first impressions?
-A veil of foam stays atop the clear light bronze.
-Some fruitiness is perceptible in the otherwise bland aroma.
-Honeyed cereals agree with the peachy, mango-like fruitiness.
-A thin mouthfeel disappoints, especially if you consider the watery passages it exposes.

What if you dig deeper?
-A feeble finish benefits from few bittering hops.
-There is no malt complexity to speak of.
-This forgettable bitter is too vacuous to create any interest in me.

On cask at Tennent’s Bar, Glasgow.

Cask conditioned @ Humble Plum. Copper. Initial light malts with rounded floral hops. Almost watery in the mouth but fairly drinkable. Mild but pleasant hops retain the interest.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Amber, sweet aroma, faintly malty. Watery taste with a hint of spice. Perhaps some vanilla? Pleasant low bitter finish.
